Here at Kaminski Collections our Saints work hard all year to bring you a truly bespoke collection! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, the customer service agents are eager to help! Please take the time to tell us about yourself and your purchase.

In order to make the return process as easy as possible, here are some guidelines for you to follow:

  • Our Saints take time and pleasure in ensuring your product gets to you in a timely fashion! If your package gets broken during the shipping process, please contact us at +1-216-418-8464 or via email at craig@kaminskicollections.com for a replacement.
  • If you received the wrong product or it’s not to your liking, you have a full 30 days to tell us and receive a replacement or refund.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. The item must be in new condition and returned within the 15-day window.

Return Method & Fees:

  • Method: Returns should be sent by mail.
  • Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in your package, at no additional cost.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of USD 5 applies to all returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Ensure the product is in new condition and that the return is initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  2. Use the prepaid return label included in your package to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
